How do we ship packages?
Packages from our warehouses in HK, USA, and UK will be shipped using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, Yunexpress, ePacket, China Post, Singapore Post, and PostNL.
Rest assured that your order will be processed promptly and shipped within 1-3 business days after your payment has been processed.
Do we ship worldwide?
We provide free shipping to 200+ countries globally. Some locations are excluded. If you're in one, we'll reach out to discuss options.
What about customs?
Although we ensure prompt shipment of your order, we do not assume responsibility for any customs fees incurred after dispatch. By buying our products, you accept that one or more packages may be sent to you and could be subject to customs fees upon arrival in your country.
How long does shipping take?
